Sneak Peek: Meet Houston – My Flutter Meta Framework

I'm giving you an early look at Houston, my work-in-progress meta framework built with Flutter. If you're a software developer, I think you'll find this pretty exciting. Houston is an open-source tool that uses Flutter on the frontend and lets you choose from Django, Serverpod, or Supabase on the backend (with more options coming soon). It generates all the boilerplate for your features and models using a clean architecture approach—saving you hundreds of hours and avoiding copy/paste errors. I've used versions of this on 20+ real-world apps over the past decade—both client projects and internal tools. So as the biggest "customer" of Houston... I can confidently say: two thumbs up 😄 More updates coming soon! I'm also looking for a technical partner to help take Houston from a private dev tool to a fully open and community-driven project.
